I work as a clinical supervisor and consultant for other therapists. I am a Washington Administrative Code Approved Supervisor and a WAC Approved LGBT Consultant.
I provide direct supervision for therapists seeking licensure. Teaching counseling skills and techniques to others has exponentially increased my own awareness and skill-level as a psychotherapist.
I work with individuals and with groups. I focus first and foremost on internalized and externalized oppressions that impact the overall well-being of my clients.
My clinical theory is rooted in object-relations and attachment. I provide a challenging, fun, and warm environment for supervises with the added bonus of psychodrama and role plays! We will explore the complexity of transference and countertransference with each consultation.
